<p style="background-color: #ffcc00;"><span style="color: #0000ff;">OJT coordinator will bring the students directly to the PSMMA&rsquo;s <span class="keyhigh"><strong>OJT</strong></span> house. Students will be given time to rest and fix their belongings.</span></p>
<p style="background-color: #ffcc00;"><span style="color: #0000ff;"><strong>Phase 5</strong> &ndash; Endorsement of Trainees</span></p>
<p style="background-color: #ffcc00;"><span style="color: #0000ff;"><span class="keyhigh"><strong>OJT</strong></span> coordinator will endorse trainees to their superior. Trainees will personally submit all original documents. Briefing and observation will be conducted to the trainees.</span></p>
<p style="background-color: #ffcc00;"><span style="color: #0000ff;"><strong>Phase 6</strong> &ndash; Start of <span class="keyhigh"><strong>OJT</strong></span> Program</span></p>
<p style="background-color: #ffcc00;"><span style="color: #0000ff;">Students will be rotated to all areas of the hotel such as but not limited to front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, bartending, fine dining, kitchen and resort operations.</span></p>
<p style="background-color: #ffcc00;"><span style="color: #0000ff;"><strong>Phase 7</strong> &ndash; End of <span class="keyhigh"><strong>OJT</strong></span> Program</span></p>
<p style="background-color: #ffcc00;"><span style="color: #0000ff;">Students will be evaluated based on their performance for 2 months. A standard evaluation form given by the school will be used to evaluate the students.</span></p>
<p style="background-color: #ffcc00;"><span style="color: #0000ff;"><strong>Phase 8</strong> &ndash; Departure in Boracay</span></p>
<p style="background-color: #ffcc00;"><span style="color: #0000ff;">OJT coordinator will fetch the students from their <span class="keyhigh"><strong>OJT</strong></span> house and will accompany them until they safely reach manila.</span></p>
<p style="background-color: #ffcc00;"><span style="color: #0000ff;"><strong>Phase 9</strong> &ndash; Issuance of Training Certificates</span></p>
<p style="background-color: #ffcc00;"><span style="color: #0000ff;">Depending on the number of trainees, training certificates will be given 2 weeks up to maximum of 3 weeks after the <span class="keyhigh"><strong>OJT</strong></span> program</span></p>
